Chonluten Peptide Research
Chonluten is a tripeptide bioregulator (Gly-Glu-Pro) developed from bronchial and lung tissue as part of the St. Petersburg Institute’s organ-specific bioregulator research program. Studies have explored its regulatory effects on bronchial epithelial cells and lung tissue function, with particular focus on its potential to normalize respiratory cell gene expression and slow the age-related decline of pulmonary tissue integrity. Research has investigated its applications in chronic respiratory conditions, lung tissue maintenance in aging, and as a complement to other respiratory bioregulators. This section covers scientific studies on Chonluten and its respiratory system and lung bioregulator research applications.
