Kisspeptin-10 Peptide Research
Kisspeptin-10 is a 10-amino-acid neuropeptide fragment of the kisspeptin family that plays a fundamental role in initiating and maintaining the reproductive hormone cascade through activation of GnRH neurons in the hypothalamus. Research has documented its potent stimulation of LH, FSH, and downstream sex hormone production in both men and women. Studies have explored its applications in reproductive medicine, fertility protocols, hypogonadism, hypothalamic amenorrhea, and sexual function. As a research peptide, Kisspeptin-10 provides a unique tool for studying HPG axis regulation upstream of GnRH. This section covers scientific studies on Kisspeptin-10 and its reproductive endocrinology and hormonal research applications.
