Sermorelin Peptide Research
Sermorelin is a synthetic 29-amino-acid peptide analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), representing the shortest biologically active fragment of GHRH that retains full receptor binding and GH-stimulating activity. As a GHRH analog, it stimulates the pituitary gland to produce and release endogenous growth hormone through natural feedback mechanisms, preserving the pulsatile secretion pattern and self-regulating via somatostatin feedback. Research has explored its applications in GH deficiency, anti-aging protocols, body composition, sleep quality improvement, and recovery. This section covers scientific studies on Sermorelin and its GHRH analog and growth hormone optimization peptide research applications.
